Good files save expensive improvisation
Usable vector artwork, brand color references, fonts, and guidelines make production more predictable. If the only logo is a small raster image, the estimate should account for rebuilding or cleaning it before layout — expert-level Illustrator and Photoshop work happens in-house, not through a third-party print vendor.
Printing a weak design bigger does not improve it.
Revisions and approvals
Revision allowances belong in the written design scope. Unlimited revisions are not promised. Final proof approval confirms the layout direction before production; it does not remove the need for real vehicle measurements and installation judgment.
